It appears we’ve had our home invaded by aliens. Yes, you heard me…ALIENS. I’m pretty certain of it. How else to explain the kids’ crabby moods this week and this…all of this mess.

So many piles of clothes, toys and stuff everywhere. This isn’t how our home should be. I mean, I’m pretty sure it was spotless just last week. What happened. I can’t figure out how these piles keep magically appearing again and again. My family knows where all of these things belong. Surely, they wouldn’t be leaving all this stuff out.
It has to be the aliens, I’m telling you. ALIENS!
Your family must be living in my walls. I felt this way just a week ago and this week I decided to tackle it ALL!

Those aliens are busy! They’ve invaded our home, too! I LOVE the picture of the shoes in the doorway. It looks like you used Photoshop to crop the child out.

Glad to know our home was not the only one being invaded. My OCD usually has a hard time remembering to love my wife before I straighten/clean-up clutter when I get home from work. I have to be purposeful to communicate to her that my assistance is not accusing her of lacking (I’m blessed by her in crazy ways!!!), but simply a response to my wanting to feel like I’m helping along with a bit of OCD. :)

Heh-heh! I really like how you soften that. I think I should steal that idea and try that with my hubbie on those days when I come home to find the house in disarray after he’s kept the kids.
