This week I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes look at my life as part of the Week In My Life series hosted by Melissa at Adventuroo. Here’s the recap from Day #7. It’s the end of the week as we know it…
I volunteer in the two year old class at church once a month, but this was my first Sunday doing both services in a long time. Let’s just say I was quite spent after the last kid was picked up. Once we got home, I ate lunch and cozied up on the sofa for a rare and looooong nap. The kind of nap you take when you’re pregnant–except I’m not pregnant.
I think I finally came to around 5 or 6pm. I was quite surprised and thankful that hubbie let me sleep. I don’t even know what happened with the kids while I was out. They must have been a handful because hubbie was ready to get out the house.
Our options were limited since it was after 5pm on a Sunday. We decided to venture out to our old stand-by Barnes & Noble. The kids love playing with the Nooks, flipping through books and playing with the toys. The gossip magazines are usually calling my name as soon as I hit the door. I try to avoid them, but the covers are so tempting. (Surely, I’m not the only one lured by the promise of pics from Justin Timberlake’s and Jessica Biel’s wedding?)
I even managed to get a few pictures of the boys before we left the store. Though, I suppose next time, I should actually try to get their faces in the shots.

I loved the Week in My Life series! Several of the posts made me smile. I am still impressedwith how much you get done. You must not require as much sleep as I do :)
